Born in Böblingen in 1973, is a guitarist and composer. In addition to concerts and recordings with the Moka Efti Orchestra, Jazzanova, the Bremen Philharmonic Orchestra, The Voice of Germany, Pigor and Eichhorn, the Palastorchester/Max Raabe, Yusuf Islam/Cat Stevens and Freundeskreis/Max Herre, he also regularly works on radio plays for various public broadcasters and for theater productions in German-speaking countries. His portfolio includes numerous recordings of his own projects and as a sideman. Jo Ambros lives and works in Berlin and is always interested in new sounds and collaborations.
